General Information

1. Saving a Quote does not place an order, see purchasing instructions below.

Purchasing Instructions

  1. Select the items you wish to purchase, or configure a customized computer system. When finished, click on Add to Cart then click “Save Quote”.
  2. Enter your email address and Quote name.
  3. Click on Continue to finish saving your Quote.
  4. Your Quote is now saved. For Departments, place the Quote number on your requisition as the stock number. You may also use the Quote number as the stock number using our online order form, which can be used to place orders for Quotes under $5000.
  5. For Personal Purchases, print out your Quote number and details and bring it to 110 Computer Center for ordering. Or you can order on-line using a credit card. On-line credit card purchases are paid in full at the time the order is placed. In person hardware orders can be placed with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
  6. Once an Quote is saved it can’t be changed. If you need changes you must save a new Quote. The old Quote will be deleted off the system after 30 days.
  7. HP pricing on includes free shipping.
